Trained first in medical imaging, Dominique Boudet made precision her language. Her practice favours fine, respectful techniques, adapted to each body and each age.
Cranial and craniosacral techniques, a visceral approach, biodynamic osteopathy: she looks for the cause rather than the symptom, to restore the body's proper mobility. Preventive, whole body care, thought for the long term, for the newborn as much as the tired adult or the mother to be.
When the situation calls for it, she places her care within an attentive dialogue with the health professionals around the patient, for a care pathway that stays coherent and respectful.
Biodynamic osteopathy
In biodynamic work, nothing is imposed on the body: the hands listen to its rhythms, its tensions and its inner movements, and accompany what is already seeking its balance.
Biodynamic osteopathy is a way of listening to the body before asking anything of it. The hands settle, stay, and perceive very fine rhythms, tensions and internal movements. No movement is pushed from the outside: the work accompanies the self regulating forces already present in the body rather than forcing a mechanical correction.
A very light touch is still a precise and intentional one. The absence of visible force is not the absence of work: it is another way of being present to the body, to its depth and to its own tempo. Dominique respects the rhythm proper to each patient and creates the conditions in which the body can find more balance and mobility.
